First time getting a home loan. They were so helpful and made it so easy for me to understand.
Chad Richert and Kaylyn Nowack from VU were awesome! My wife and I never had to guess what the next steps in our process was going to be. They kept us updated and informed at all times. The team as a whole made my home buying experience go super smooth. being overseas did not make things easy, but the way they handled my case was beyond outstanding! Thank you very much Chad, Kaylyn and VU for the great experience and if I ever decide to buy again, I know who to contact.
I can’t say enough great things about Chad at Veterans United. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about making the home buying process as smooth as possible. He was always available whenever I had questions, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I never felt lost or rushed.Chad was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through every step with confidence. Buying a house can be stressful, but he made the whole experience feel easy and manageable. I’m truly grateful for all his hard work and support, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home—especially other veterans.
Chad and Mike were awesome, they really helped out through the whole process. Awesome experience.
I am hesitant on companies that “strictly help vets” because I’ve felted taken advantage of before. At no point in Time did I feel falsely lead or pressured to buy when I wasn’t ready. They gave me a call after I said I need 2-3 months to adjust to a new job/schedule before we even talked about formality’s.
