Just a little constructive criticism. When you call for a retest of something state retest, when you send an e-mail stating test well water I interpret that as I have already accomplished that task. If you want a retest of the Reverse Osmosis system tested state that outright. In the e-mail that you sent it said Test the well water, okay I did that. After three weeks I found out that a retest of the Reverse Osmosis is what was needed. This created confusion and amendments pushing the closing date out another two weeks. When you are e-mailing the buyer please do not use acronyms, the realtor thinks it's one thing, and the buy something else. When I was in the Army I could give 95 percent of an Operation Order just using acronyms, someone from the out side would be clueless to what I was saying.
Chris and the team knocked it out of the park.
Did an outstanding job and service for me
