From start to finish, Veteran's United kept me up to date on all the things going on and including things that I needed to get turned in on my part. Great experience all around!

Everyone was amazing until the last few days. Closing costs were not finalized until 1220 with closing at 3. Closing costs were quoted wrong requiring 2 trips for cashiers checks cutting the time very close. We came very close to not closing as scheduled. The seller was supposed to sign at 10 in the morning and was postponed by at least two hours. Additional paperwork was requested from us on Friday before closing. Additional forms had to be signed for veterans on the day of closing at 1 o’clock. It made the last couple days very stressful when I feel like it should have been more organized. An apologies was given.

My Veterans team i had the pleasure of working with was amazing! They worked around the clock and fast with getting us into our beautiful home. Not only did they check in and keep us updated with the status, they also checked in on us personally and had conversations with us like friends. A BIG THANK YOU to Chris, Drew and Sierra. After closing we got many congratulations and even was surprised with a beautiful personalized New home basket. It was so special they even included dinosaur team items for our son.
