They did an outstanding job. Always on top of things. Answered questions quickly and made sure I understood. The process was made super easy
The team could have waited things out but for my sake they dmfound a way to close faster. Amazing work.
The team that worked with me (Mr. Colin and Mr. Michael) were awesome. They ensured that they kept me informed and made sure that I understood the process.
Really kept me informed along all the steps taken. A shoutout to Jeff and de’ne for their involvement during the process.Of course a big shout out and a big WHOO HOO to Colin. Great to work with, answers all the question and was easy to contact.
As a first time homebuyer, I really didn't know where to turn. Veterans United made it easy and turned an overwhelming experience into a "that was easy" moment. Almost "too easy" was what I said to the awesome duo of Colin and Ofelia who walked us through the loan process with ease. Impressive was the response time from a simple email to receiving a phone call in minutes, if not seconds, from Colin. They also did not disappoint in lining us up with an awesome Realtor in Jan Allen whose experience and insight for a first time homebuyer was invaluable. All around, I couldn't speak more highly of my home buying experience in what we perceived was going to be a scary process.
