The only issue I had was with communicating with Shelbi during the process. Fortunately Colin was able to respond to my questions and answer them or let Shelbi know that I tried to contact her.
Collin and Chad were amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough. They were on top of everything, extremely professional and always had the answer. This is my second time using VU and both times the support was outstanding!! I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you!!
Everyone that I interacted with from beginning to end was very helpful and professional in all respects.
In particular, I would like to thank Collin, Julie and Chris as the dedicated and friendly staff representing your company.
Communication between underwriters and loan officers seem poor.
Underwriters seem to require arbitrary documentation.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael,
I’m sorry this was your experience. When communication feels disconnected and documentation requests seem unclear or unnecessary, it can be frustrating and time-consuming. That’s not how the process should feel, and I appreciate you sharing this feedback.
If you’re open to it, our Client Advocate team would be glad to listen and look into what happened. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Sincerely,
Claire S.
