Ms. Loveless has been helping Veterans realize the dream of homeownership at VU for nearly a decade, and in lending for close to 15 years. She is a Florida native, having graduated at the University of Miami with a Psychology Degree and Business and Finance minors. She grew up close to the beach in Naples, Florida, and loves spending time by and in the water when she is able. In her spare time, she enjoys interior design/remodeling, hosting at her pool, gardening, and traveling. She is passionate about helping others with financing and being able to take part in such a life milestone such as purchasing a home.

Crystaline, was great. Really felt like she cared not only about me but also about my whole family. This was a really tough sale, and the agents (seller and buyer) were so incompetent that she had to start reaching out because no information was coming through.I know she fought hard to get as many fees waived for us, and I am very grateful for her. Please ensure she takes some time off because she certainly deserves it.
