Ms. Loveless has been helping Veterans realize the dream of homeownership at VU for nearly a decade, and in lending for close to 15 years. She is a Florida native, having graduated at the University of Miami with a Psychology Degree and Business and Finance minors. She grew up close to the beach in Naples, Florida, and loves spending time by and in the water when she is able. In her spare time, she enjoys interior design/remodeling, hosting at her pool, gardening, and traveling. She is passionate about helping others with financing and being able to take part in such a life milestone such as purchasing a home.

Overall wonderful experience with everyone we worked with. Made a very scary process easier for sure.
Crystaline was absolutely amazing . The process was flawless . The only thing was with Catrina Heath. In short … she pulled a fire alarm for a fire that didn’t exist . Catrina , words carry a lot of weight during this time and my only advice to you is to check how you are communicating with your customers, and check in with your partners before sending out something that gravely impacts months of planning and hard deadlines . Lastly , an answer back is better than no answer at all , I know life is busy for us all but it is no excuse to leave myself and others on my side without a response for days . Respectfully , do better for the next people and good luck.
The team of Crystaline, Bailey, Missy, Jonathon Mack went above and beyond since the beginning of this process back in October 2024. When we had to put a pause on shopping due to the credit setback they checked on me and gave me pointers or advice on where to go next. We hit the greenlight again November 2025 and i found this home end of January '26. Crystaline made the process easy and smooth with the offer and paperwork throughout the 2 month closing period.
VU, Crystaline Loveless & her team were all great! Super helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Would recommend them to anyone!
