Overall not a bad experience. Dezmond was given my case right toward crunch time and I feel that increased my stress level. He did communicate and provided the best possible outcome given the situation.Lisa Schrum was amazing and was very responsive throughout the entire process. She was very patient and was the one person there from the beginning to the end. I would give her time, patience and efforts a solid 10.

He was cool, chill very clear at articulating and gave me an awesome team to work with, Danielle (hope i spelled that right going off of memory of your name but they have so many variations of your name.) This lady is rock star, extremely patient and very good at getting the ball back on track when an obstacle shows up. This here is a solid team not a single negative....I'm serious not exagerating..... there is not a single negative moment in our exchanges. Maybe from my end they might have solid complaints for me from them it was always something hahaha thank God it's over yall needed a break from me and I need to get my life back on track. So again a million thank yous and thank you to those that contribute to this institution and made this possible for us vets to get fair deals. Also thank you for your military service we couldn't do everything we are all puzzle pieces that fill the service without what you contributed my puzzle piece would mean nothing. So I owe my thanks to regardless of my service. Extremely grateful to my fellow service members. If you knew me you'd understand why this review was extra...... mostly because I'm extra.... but also I believe most people don't get their due appreciation when people go above standard I want to make it know.
