Working with Emmy and Jenny on my VA loan was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Buying a home is stressful enough on its own, and navigating the VA loan process adds another layer of complexity — but these two made it feel manageable every step of the way.I've been working with Emmy for almost two years in my search for the right home, and in all that time she never once failed to impress. Her skills are simply beyond reproach. Any question I had, she had a clear, confident answer — and the same goes for Jenny throughout the loan process. I never felt like I was being passed around or given vague responses. They knew the VA loan process inside and out, and that expertise gave me a lot of peace of mind during what can be a pretty nerve-wracking time.On top of that, they were incredibly responsive. I'd send a message and hear back quickly — no waiting days to get a simple answer. That kind of communication makes a huge difference when you're in the middle of a home purchase and timelines actually matter.They also did a great job of keeping me informed without me having to chase them down. Important updates, next steps, things I needed to know — they communicated all of it proactively. I always knew where things stood.If you're going through the VA loan process and want a team that actually knows what they're doing and treats you like a priority, Emmy and Jenny are the ones to call. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Just a great all around job.
