If it wasn’t for specifically Heidi Bailey-Houston, I do not think I would have gone through and been able to do this. She was extremely helpful, a professional, kind, and well spoken. She gave clear and direct instructions and really ensured this entire process was moving forward. She answered every single question I had and if she didn’t she would direct me where I could find it. Heidi is someone you can trust. I am thankful for all her help and hopefully she continues helping others because she is really good at it.
