I couldn't say enough about how great Jackson was as my loan officer. He stayed on top of everything we needed, and stayed in constant communication with me. For me, this is the most important thing that can be said when buying a home. Communication is usually the pitfall that pushes closings back or causes other issues along the way. This was never the case. Jackson would call and email everything that needed to be done. He always went above and beyond for me in other aspects as well. I like knowing all the terms and options ahead of time, so when I would send him a list of homes I would be interested in, he would look up the pricing, give me the 15 and 30 year rates, buydowns, and breakeven point for those buydowns. I cannot heap enough praises on how secure I felt in this process because of Jackson's diligence! Thank you Jackson!
