Jacob is absolutely awsome.
Jacob Brewer was the best. He seems to really care. I heard very good things from my title officer about Blaire Coleman as well. Daniel from the credit department was very helpful in housing me what I needed to do to improve my score to qualify for the loan. Diana seems to have too many loans she was working on and I felt I got lost in that. Diana did try I think but once she had the bulk of the loan stuff for me the process didn't seem as personal is the way I felt. But, I'd definitely work with Veterans United again for sure. It was a good experience and helped me achieve my goals. This is my honest experience and views of my experience.
My experience with Veterans United was fantastic. What set VU apart from other mortgage companies was Jacob's responsiveness and ability to quickly answer questions and keep the ball moving forward. And VU's rates were extremely competitive.
Jacob and Alison made this such a smooth and easy process. They answered all of my questions without annoyance and were with me every step along the way. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, they are truly a great team!
Honestly I never realized going through the home buying process could be so smooth! Jacob, Julia, Kari and everyone we worked with was amazing! They consistently followed up with us, kept us on track and genuinely made a sometimes scary process so enjoyable! Definitely would come back here if I ever needed another loan! Fantastic team!
