Jacob and his team went above and beyond, this was my first time buying a house and I couldn’t have asked for a better team by my side. I never felt alone throughout this process, I had so many questions many that I felt were useless or pointless but asked anyways and they never made me feel like they weren’t important and always answered them quickly! They ensured I had everything I needed and provided me with so much information that I would need throughout every step of the process! I have absolutely no complaints with them and if I ever move down the road I know exactly who I will be using! Jacob even texted me on his day off to congratulate me on closing! That just shows that this isn’t just a job for him and he truly loves what he does and cares about each and every one of us! That spoke volumes to me and I will never forget that!
