Once I made a commitment to the loan, I felt much less important. It became quite difficult to get a timely response from the loan team. Sometimes it was even a day or two. I frequently got the excuse that they were extremely busy or having a bad day. I found this to be unacceptable.
However, when I was able to communicate with Jayden and Cameron, they were pleasant and helpful.
Jayden did everything and more that I could have hoped for! Jayden made sure I was taken care of and checked up on my often!
Jayden kept constant contact, was very helpful and professional.
