Jayden was very outstanding. She made sure to break down and explain any of my finanical questions during this process. What I lacked in understanding being a first time home buyer she filled the gaps.
Once I made a commitment to the loan, I felt much less important. It became quite difficult to get a timely response from the loan team. Sometimes it was even a day or two. I frequently got the excuse that they were extremely busy or having a bad day. I found this to be unacceptable.
However, when I was able to communicate with Jayden and Cameron, they were pleasant and helpful.
