We really enjoyed all of the step-by-step process videos. This removed the stress associated with not knowing what to expect next. Thanks again for a very pleasant first-time experience. Our experience was exceptional! Our entire team of loan officers, concierge, and "behind the scenes" personnel made this first experience of purchasing a home very smooth and user-friendly. I would suggest going to the website and watching the video series to gain some perspective on what to expect from each step along the way. Veteran's United has made our family dream of relocating cross-country (from Tacoma, Washington to Ocala, Florida) to return to our pre-military service home come true. We could not be more satisfied!
I am a first-time home buyer, and my Veteran United team was Jennifer Heishaman and Shannon Brown, and they did an amazing job. They were there whenever I had questions or issues. There were a few concerns I had, as no business is perfect. A family member told me about Veterans United because of the ease of use of their services which is true. I did my research and they were rated very high with the help and knowledge that they provide to all veteran, so I was excited to work with them as I am a disabled veteran. With that, no one explained to me about the benefits my home state (Virginia) provides to disable veteran when buying and owning a house. When I brought this up from doing my own research that was able to redo my paperwork to get me a lower mortgage and paying a lower closing close. So, I think they should know all the benefits of the state where the veteran is buying the house. I also think they should do a post interview where they go everything and check on the veteran to make sure they know the next steps and how they are feeling about the purchase especially when it's a first-time home buyer. As I said these are minor issues, and overall, it was an amazing experience. I was able to get a good rate; they help me found saving wherever they could. The serve was fast and smooth. Yes, I would use Veteran United again. Thank you for helping me.
It really was an incredible and seamless experience with lots of communication and answers for any questions that arose. Thank you again for all your hard work!
Using Veterans United was a pleasant experience. The loan officer, Jennifer H., was always assessable to us. This loan officer is professional and personable. The loan officer and agent, Osneyda, worked for us as the team they are. Our problems and concerns became theirs. The agent and loan officer really showed how much my family meant to them by resolving all concerns as if it were their own. Thanks again for all you have done.
Veterans United has helped me out so much with the whole home buying process.
Awesome home buying experience! Jennifer Heishman is the Best in the GAME!!!
