Jessie Bailey, my loan officer, has been very professional all the way thru the loan process from the beginning to the funding. If I had a question she responded quickly. I was never left wondering. She seemed to always anticipate a question I may have. As a veteran I appreciate the attention of all concerned. I will always stay with her should I need to go thru another loan along the way. She seemed like a friend. Thanks to all.
I would recommend Veterans United. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, and not once did I feel confused or unsure about what was happening. Any questions I had were answered with patience and clarity. Jessie and her team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they made the experience feel so natural—almost as if this wasn’t my first time buying a home.
I was nervous that the process would be long, difficult, or that something might catch me off guard, but the transparency of the VU team erased all of those fears. They are truly in this for the right reasons, and it shows in every interaction. They helped my family and me purchase our first home in less than a month, and we are forever grateful and blessed.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Veterans United! Every single person went above and beyond from beginning to end your us! Thank You Everyone!
Everything was so smooth, quick .
Jessie Shawna and Andrew were excellent! We’ve always had the best experience with Veterans United, but they went above and beyond this time.
Initially I was going to give VU a ten out of ten but, one time when I called Rynda and left a message, she did not return my call that day or the next day. It wasn't until the next day that I called again and still wasn't able to get ahold of anyone so, I was transferred to the supervisor Brad who was very helpful. I was told everyone was in a meeting, which is understandable but, prior to retiring, when I worked and I walked into my office in the morning and saw that I had a missed a call the previous day, I would immediately call that person back.
The thing that really didn't sit well with me is when Rynda sent me a text about the review stating, "we expect a 10 out of 10". Pressuring someone for a 10 out of 10 even slightly or passively is "unprofessional" in my opinion. Soliciting a review should be enough without the pressure of receiving a perfect score. She probably didn't mean anything negative or offense when requesting a perfect score but, that maybe an inherent problem with communicating via text instead of verbally.
Nevertheless, my experience with VU was excellent, just not perfect.
