Dear John Lyman, Becky Tiek-Shrum, Victoria Wheat - with Veterans United Home Loans
My Team
I cannot thank you enough for helping me find a home. After being homeless, this isn't just a house; it’s a new beginning. Your patience, compassion, and tireless effort restored my faith, and I am forever grateful for your support in my time of need.
You all have changed my life, for me and my FAMILY.
When I was in despair my team gave me their confidence and commitment for the day I would unlock the door to my home!! Their professionalism and dedication did not stop and for this I shed tears of JOY!
Very Humble Thank You
Pam
John Lyman Felicia Goldbar and Briana Edler all did a great job in helping me go through the loan process. They were always there for me to answer all my questions and to solve any problems that came up. This is a a all star team to work with.
Outstanding, nay, SUPERIOR service! From initial contact, through hand-offs, everything was done professionally and we closed on time. They really know their stuff!
John and his team was great answering all my questions and calling me quickly when I requested
There were some rough patches when things looked like they weren't going to work out. Overall, it was great having a team of direct contacts to ease things, but it also sometimes felt like I was being pulled in several directions at once.
