Jon and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of purchasing my home. They each clearly explained their role and ensured I was informed of each significant item that arose. I have worked with Jon and his team on two real estate transactions now, and both experiences were excellent!

Veterans United made my home buying smooth transition from renting to buying. Every need was met and every question was answered.

Pre approval process was great. However, once the mortgage approval began, communication was practically non existent. Information sent was overlooked and had to reinforce to team to actually look at the documents actually sent. Total communication failure!

Response from Veterans United

Hi Robert,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience changed once you moved from preapproval into the mortgage process. While it's great to hear the beginning of your journey went well, I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel your documentation was overlooked and that communication declined when you needed it most.

We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as this is not the level of service we strive to provide. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reconnect with our Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,

Claire S., Client Relations Manager
