I want to thank you for taking time out of your busy days to make sure the process for me was better during my time of panic and lack of patience. I do appreciate how the whole group works together as a team, and truly shows how a team should operate.
Words cannot express how thankful I am and how good it felt to have Veterans United, and the entire lending team lead me from "basic training (beginning process of my first home purchase) to my graduation day (closing on my home)! This is such an amazing feeling. From day one, I was so doubtful that I could do this, and my loan officer, K. Long, would tell me to remain calm each time I called with such anxiety. He would calmly tell me, "We got this, don't worry." I felt like I had an entire platoon on my side, which ultimately helped me achieve the goal of homeownership. To add to the battle in my eyes, my loan coordinator, B. Lindsay, had the same positive attitude and reassured me that all would work out, and to let him handle the worrying and the work, and the outcome would work out. I was always kept informed throughout the entire process. I am so, so grateful.
Thank you all, teams, for your exceptional and incredible effort in assisting me in locating a place to call home!
Team lacked communication and status updates within the team about the loan process as well as informing about points I had no idea I was paying for until I started seeing charges for not meeting the closing date to no fault of my own
