The level of customer service I experienced from the very beginning was amazing. Buying a home is an overwhelming process, especially for a first time home buyer like myself. They simplified the process and answered the thousands of questions I had for them without hesitation. I truly felt like a valued customer from the online application through to closing on the home. When shopping around for the best interest rate, i normally prefer to support the smaller, more local businesses. However, the customer service provided to me by VU is what sealed the deal.

Just about every part of my experience with Veterans United was top notch. First, the Loan Team confirmed for me that my VA benefit had not lapsed or been removed because of a loan issue on my first ever home 40+ years ago. This was something I did not know. Second each person, from the Realtor, to the Loan Concierge, to the Loan Coordinator, to the Loan Officer, to the Underwriters were all fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient answering every question. We closed in less than a month from contract to close. A truly amazing process and GREAT GREAT People!

My entire loan team checked in, helped in literally every way they could, and kept me fully informed of every step. They had someone find interest, electricity, water, trash, and gas services in my area. Offered to find moving services. Found me an amazing realtor that helped find my dream home. Just everything was great from the top dog down. Everyone seemed to want me to have this house as badly as I wanted it.
