Veterans united was recommended to me from a friend. We were sitting next to each other at work and I mentioned that I was looking to buy a house soon and wasn’t sure where to start. My coworker said he was currently in the process, and said it was all smooth and super easy going through VU.So I figured I’ll give it a shot. I filled out the application online. Got a phone call 10 minutes later. After that, the entire process was super smooth from start to finish lots of phone calls to answer any questions I had text emails, etc..Now that we have closed on our house, we can look back and say wow I’m glad I went through VU. The entire process was amazing and we were very appreciative of Kenzie and the other team members!
Outstanding customer service and professionalism handling my loan application. Kenzie and Jack constantly called and asked how everything was going and if I had any questions. Julie also offered her assistance with moving issues . It was nice to know that if I had any questions or concerns, they were only a phone call away!
