Lance came to Veterans United Home Loans in 2015 after graduating from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Business Management and Psychology and has been providing unmatched customer service ever since.
Mr. Hopper grew up in Sedalia, a small town in Mid-Missouri right outside of Whiteman Air Force Base. He feels very fortunate and is humbled by the opportunity to help people achieve their home buying goals. In doing so, successfully accomplishing one of life’s missions. Lance works hard. I am confident in my loan, but thought it would be structured differently to lower my mortgage. Instead everything else upfront was covered, even giving me money back. Reading so much about rate-buy down from seller credits, underwriting seemed uninterested in even answering direct questions as to why they chose to structure the loan the way they did after I asked about structuring it a different way that worked very well on my end. Either way, I’m happy to close!

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process.
