Lance came to Veterans United Home Loans in 2015 after graduating from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Business Management and Psychology and has been providing unmatched customer service ever since.
Mr. Hopper grew up in Sedalia, a small town in Mid-Missouri right outside of Whiteman Air Force Base. He feels very fortunate and is humbled by the opportunity to help people achieve their home buying goals. In doing so, successfully accomplishing one of life’s missions. Lance works hard. The entire team was amazing. Lance, Anthony, Kurt, Shanellen, and everyone else on the team. I felt that this was not just a "transaction" I was able to have real conversations with Lance and the team. Lance kept me up to date on things and even if I was being anxious, he answered all my questions and was patient with me. I can't brag enough about the team.
I went through a tough separation about three years ago. I tried to buy a house and then found myself in an economical situation that I was not aware of. Later that year I went through a rough divorce. Lance stood by my side for almost three years. Never pressured me, checked in on me from time to time. When it was time to buy the house he rounded up an incredible team that was professional, knowledgeable and with excellent customer (people) skills! They made my experience stress free, comfortable and kept me informed at all times. The communication was beyond amazing! Special kudos to Lance and Tara!
