Macenzie Snoddy was outstanding in her support and diligence.
Veterans United made the home loan process feel straightforward, and Macenzie in particular was outstanding. Macenzie, Bailee, and Doug all kept everything moving in a way that felt easy and organized, and they were incredibly responsive, even being available on holidays. Any time I had a question, they answered clearly and precisely, which took a lot of stress out of the process. Communication was consistent, the steps were easy to follow, and I never felt left in the dark. If you’re looking for a lender who makes the process smooth and has people like these three who truly show up for you, I highly recommend Veterans United.
Amazing job, handled things when the realtor didn't/couldn't
Getting out of bankruptcy was very stressful as I needed to find a house and many lenders were giving me the runaround. When I contacted veterans United, my loan officer helped me so much. We were able to close sooner than 30 days and I did not have to pay anything for closing. The paperwork were very easy and my entire closing process at closing was about no more than 30 minutes.
