For many many months, they worked with us over several offers/houses we didn’t get, and each redo/time they acted like we were their first and best and only customer they ever had! A loan officer that answers texts immediately and calls with updates or with questions as well. Did I mention nights and weekends? Or letting you know who will be assisting with processing the loan? Above and beyond customer service, as if I’m their only customer.
