Outside of work, Patrick enjoys playing drums, working on carpentry projects, and hiking with his Australian shepherd, Teddy, and his longtime partner, Christal. Patrick was amazing! So patient and kind! I had some many questions and as a first time buyer he walked me through everything.I have literally told my friend to request him if that’s possible.
I wad very happy through 75%,final stretch mildly disappointing, numbers problem that was not handled properly and I was not given due notice of substantial closing costs. Just being honest having been a former salesman I have pretty high standards.
Patrick was very responsive to my phone calls and answered every question, if he didn't
have the answer he got the answer.
