No communication! Lots of delays extremely slow process.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Theodore,

I’m really sorry to hear about the delays and lack of communication you experienced. I know how frustrating that can be, especially during such an important process. That’s not the level of service I want for our Veterans United borrowers.

I’d appreciate the chance to look into this and better understand what happened. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. Our team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, and we’ll follow up the next business day if you contact us after hours.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

The entire process was outstanding. The guidance I had in the beginning of this journey, to the finish line has been an experience I will not forget. The team I had went above and beyond to see to every detail.
I can’t thank them enough for getting this done for us.
Thank you all. We are in our forever home now.

2nd time working with phil, fast and smooth process. One thing I would recommend is (not on phil, more on overal checklist for the loan process) there being a lock in your rate step. I forgot to do it and honestly don’t know how to do it and my rate went up 4 points 2 days before closing. Not very cash money but I should have caught it and asked about it earlier.
