The team made a usually daunting task seem like a walk in the park. I felt like I was working with friends. Friends who had my best interest at heart.
I would be remiss if I didn’t say there was a mistake in shared information that cost me money. The team not getting specific answers to my question regarding the application of credits caused me to make a bad decision. I received wrong information. From my view, I would say the root cause was the person that prepares the CD. To my knowledge, he never helped Randy get the correct information to share with me so I could make a decision based on facts. This cost me the opportunity to save money.
