Rich and Tiffany both were extremely helpful through the entire process. They not only helped me and my husband with every step along the way but they also went out of their way to make sure we felt at ease. They were willing to communicate with us at any point, any day. They were prompt to respond and answer questions. Never once made us feel like a burden. Instead they were always willing to help immediately and reassure us that they wanted to help. They both were so enjoyable to work with and we are forever thankful that we had them for this process. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

This was my first time buying a house. I was nervous. Rich walked me through it all and eased my mind. When I didn’t understand something he explained it thoroughly to me. It was an easy process. Tiffany was also awesome. She was very quick with anything I needed and her responses were always quick. This was definitely a super team!

Rich was very transparent about everything. He made the loan process of purchasing my first home a lot easier than I was expecting. Due to this being my first time purchasing a home, Rich made me feel very comfortable with any questions I asked. He answered every question and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the process. Rich was just simply amazing and very patient with me. When Rich says he will get you to the finish line , he will get you to the finish line . Rich would guide you and will tell you all the necessary documents you need. I got to know more Rich as the time when on and I am glad I stuck with him. He truly knows his stuff but most importantly , he is cool, calm and collective. I am amazed how he was able to get me to the promise land with his team from Veterans United including Lora and the behind the scenes team . I would highly recommend Rich because my file was complex and did everything is his power to get everything done in a timely manner and I was able to surprise my wife for our 9th year anniversary with the key in my hand.
