Rich was just simply amazing and very patient with me. When Rich says he will get you to the finish line , he will get you to the finish line . Rich would guide you and will tell you all the necessary documents you need. I got to know more Rich as the time when on and I am glad I stuck with him. He truly knows his stuff but most importantly , he is cool, calm and collective. I am amazed how he was able to get me to the promise land with his team from Veterans United including Lora and the behind the scenes team . I would highly recommend Rich because my file was complex and did everything is his power to get everything done in a timely manner and I was able to surprise my wife for our 9th year anniversary with the key in my hand.
