VA Home Loans for Veterans has made the process very easy on closing on my new home. The pride and dedication from the staff and my realtor made it a very smooth transition. The endless efforts as I was across the country was remarkable and my dog and I are truly grateful. Thank you!

Piece milled the process and it was a bit confusing due to the fact that he would ask for something after he just told me we have everything we need this happened 2 to 3 times. Also someone went on and I was unable to get a hold of them for a week

Response from Veterans United

Hi Tommy,
I’m sorry for how confusing this experience felt. Being told everything is in place, then being asked for additional items multiple times, can make the process feel disorganized and frustrating. I understand why that would be upsetting, especially when you’re trying to move things along.

I’m also sorry to hear you weren’t able to get in touch with anyone for a week. Clear and timely communication is important throughout the loan process, and it’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience.

I’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more and make sure your feedback is fully heard. If you’re open to it, our Client Advocate team would be glad to connect with you directly. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and messages outside those hours are typically responded to the next business day.

Thank you for sharing this. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to do better.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
