Seth grew up in Valdosta, GA and attended Valdosta State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication. After college, he moved to Tulsa, OK to attend Rhema Bible Training College where he met his beautiful wife, Traci. Coming from a military family, Seth considers it an honor and privilege to be a part of assisting every veteran and active duty member in obtaining their dreams. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, is passionately involved in his local church, enjoys anything outdoors, and is an avid college football fan.

Communication was terrible with our loan officer. It would day several days to get a response, whether it was text, email or phone call. Our realtor and title agent also had trouble getting ahold of our loan officer.
Seth was great. He checked in during the process and was able to quickly work to keep closing moving forward when a change came up.
