Stephanie is very friendly. She is helpful.. I understand in today’s world that emails are the way to go. When you’re dealing with older people, they want a more personal touch and our realtor had a hard time getting information to give to me so a lot of times I would call and get information for him. This was not a I could pick up the phone and just call and talk to a person most of the time it was after leaving messages and sending emails that I would finally get a response back. I don’t think it was her necessarily going outside of your own rules. I just think that for the amount of money that is being paid to you for the service that it would not hurt to be more personal and that it’s not a direct thing towards Stephanie because I think she’s probably doing her job the way that she was told to do it.
