Jared was very impersonal. He would ask for stuff that wasn’t possible to obtain and sent me on several trips to try to attain documentation. He then said I was being uncooperative. I finally would only speak to Taylor. I prefer to never deal with him again. Taylor was very helpful and went the extra mile to get us closed. I appreciated his assistance working thru the issues.
