Mr. Alvis was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and available. My wife and I never felt like we couldn't reach out with questions about next steps or details we needed clarifications on. Tim would call us within a reasonable time to give us counsel whenever we needed him. Tim got us into out new place within a month after we started our search. We had some very special case hurdles to jump through and he handled them all expeditiously! I would suggest any military member to consider VU if they need assistance jumping through VA home loan hoops.
