Also keeping me informed on the steps required to make it through the process.In Feb 2026 I threw another curve ball at the VU team due to the deal with my building contractor fell through and I was changing course to buy a new home just being completed by a different builder.
Victoria Elliot kept me up to date with check ins very regularly. She went out on maternity leave in Feb and handed me over to Tommy Heller.
Tommy aggressively worked on my loan to save me money on my final closing costs. What other Home Loan company does that?! He was always there when ever I called with questions and kept me on track. .
The whole VU Team was awesome in every aspect of what they do but I will have to put Tommy in as my MVP.
