Her fiancé currently serves in the Army National Guard, and she draws strength and pride from supporting him and their family. Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.
Communication could have been better.
They were so helpful! They walked me through the whole process step by step and answered all of my many questions. Everyone is extremely helpful and on top of things. I don’t know how I would have completed this process with out Veterans United
