Very exceptional and helpful. Helped me with all my questions to include my realtors as well.
We have worked with Adam Craig multiple times at Veterans United, and each experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. Adam sets the standard for what a loan officer should be. He is organized, knowledgeable, and very attentive to his clients. He takes the time to walk through every step of the process, explains each option clearly, and makes sure we always feel informed and confident about our decisions. One of the things we appreciate most is Adam’s communication. He is quick to respond, even during busy times, and he always makes us feel like our loan is a priority. He checks in regularly, keeps everything moving smoothly, and is proactive about solving issues before they even become problems.Working with Adam gives us a sense of trust and peace of mind. We never feel rushed or pressured, and we always know we are in good hands. Because of his professionalism and genuine care for his clients, we have returned to him again and again for our home financing needs. We cannot recommend Adam Craig highly enough. He is reliable, patient, and truly exceptional at what he does. Anyone looking for a loan officer who goes above and beyond will be glad they chose to work with him.
Craig was charming but when the loan was running late, he seemed to be avoiding us. When I asked Craig about mortgage insurance question, he gave me the right but also wrong answer. I had to call the title company to get the right answer. His knowledge seemed shallow.
