Austin grew up in mid-Missouri and earned his degree in Business Management. He began his career with a local bank and has since built over 10 years of experience in banking and lending. Austin specializes in VA home loans and is dedicated to serving those who have served our country. He understands that buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make, and he takes pride in guiding Veterans and military families through the process with clarity, integrity, and personalized support. Outside of work, Austin is a proud father and husband. He enjoys spending time with family, going on trips, golfing, snow skiing, and watching sports—especially football.

Austin and the entire team were great. It was great to be able to close within 3ish weeks. The team was always very helpful and quickly accessible. Austin was very professional throughout the entire process. My only major complaint with Veterans United is the 1% origination fee that they choose to charge (which they waived in my case), other than that my two home buying experiences with Veterans United have been awesome.
Veterans United went above and beyond to make sure this process went as smoothly as possible for us as first time homebuyers. They stayed in constant communication with us and worked effortlessly behind the scenes to make sure they took as much off of our plate as possible. Huge shout out to Austin and his team! Words could never express our true gratitude!
Austin and the team were absolutely amazing. All of them were consistently checking in to make sure we were happy with the process and always had the answers to any of my questions. Nikki Cravens‑Howard Was the only person I had an issue with, she was distant and I constantly felt as if I was a bother when dealing with her. She did not respond when needed and passed me off to others again making me feel as though I were not important enough to deal with. Every other team member I dealt with were a 10+.
Veterans United did an incredible job. They responded to any and all questions in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way.
Very helpful, Austin and Kayla were very informative answered any questions I had and were very kind. I couldn’t imagine being with anyone else through this stress full process. So thankful someone told me about yall.
