I graduated from Missouri State University in 2007, with a degree in Political Science where I focused on economics, accounting, and mathematics. Utilizing a strong background in creative problem solving and finance, I will do everything possible to help you achieve your goal of home ownership. Away from the office, I enjoy playing in a softball league and spending time with my children. My family and I spend a lot of time at local trails and parks when the weather permits. On Saturdays in fall, you will likely find me tailgating with friends before the Mizzou football home games. My loan officer Bill did an incredible job getting me funded in a very short time frame. He had quick and creative thinking which worked out perfectly to get me a home. Without Bill working my loan I’m confident I wouldn’t have been able to house a house close to the quality or close to the time frame that our deal went through.
Only two issues. One, the closing costs were estimated at 10-15k initially but were closer to 20k. Second, my wife’s name was not on the deed at closing. Others than that, everything was great.
