Brandon Worthington was born into a military family at Fort Campbell, lived in Hawaii and Colorado at a young age, and finally settled back in small-town Missouri where his family is from. He credits those first years of his life and the structure that was instilled in him for his strong work ethic and honest character. Although having not served in the military himself, he has a passion to take care of our veterans and active duty members and that's what makes being an expert in the VA loan so fulfilling for him. When not in the office, Brandon enjoys waterfowl hunting and spending time with his family.

My loan officer, Brandon, lied and didn't do his job correctly, and here I am, over 2 months after my loan closed, cleaning up the sloppy job. I will never do business with this company again, and I will warn anyone I speak to against using this company. Previously, I had suggested you to people, and two of my children have used you to buy homes. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!
Response from Veterans United
Hi Toby,
I am very sorry to hear that this has been your experience. Feeling like you were misled or that your loan was not handled correctly, especially when you are still dealing with issues more than two months after closing, is incredibly frustrating. I can understand why that would leave you feeling upset and disappointed.
It also means a lot that you previously recommended us and that two of your children trusted us with their home purchases. That kind of confidence in us is never taken for granted, which makes it even more concerning to read your feedback now.
Concerns about honesty and post-closing issues are taken seriously. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to review your file and better understand what happened so we can look into this thoroughly. While I cannot address specific details here, I want to make sure your concerns are heard and reviewed carefully.
Please reach out to me directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. Our team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and if you contact us outside those hours, we will typically follow up the next business day.
I understand that trust is earned, and I would value the chance to speak with you.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
Veterans United is overall pretty great and they make it easy to get them everything they need for a home loan. They only negative I would say is that they assigned me a realtor who reached out and then ghosted me not responding to any texts so I used my own realtor which then led to small differences in what my realtor would tell me vs what veterans united would tell me. I’m sure if you used their assigned realtor and if their assigned realtor wouldn’t ghost you then this would be an even more seamless process.
Veteran's United assisted in making my first-time home buying experience very comfortable.
Everything was very fast and painless. The team did great!!!
Easy application process and approval
This is the third time I have dealt with Veterans United. Everytime has been efficient and professional. Veterans United will always be my go to for VA home loans and refinance!
