Brant Baxton was amazing!!! He explained everything to us and made our home purchase very easy. He always answered my calls which I never expected. He lwent above an beyond and I will recommend him to everyone. He even sent us a bark box which was a total surprise that we LOVED!!!We also had the experience of working with LeAnn Justis I'm sorry to say that I did not enjoy working with her nor did the title company we used. She waited till the last minute on a few very crucial things that delayed our closing. He emails to us and the title company using her BIG LETTERS shouting at us were very offensive. I did not enjoy working with her and at the end Brant came in and saved the day.
Walked through the housing process with unfamiliar home buyers and provided resources for any home needs.
I’d recommend Veterans United to every Military family. Our team made the process of buying our first home so easy. Extremely helpful and kind!!
Poor communication from loan officer
