Brett Metcalf and Stephanie were awesome! I have bought several homes and by far they were fantastic and I would go to them again at any point in the future. I give both Brett and Stephanie an A+ for all they did and their outstanding communication skills!
However, the underwriter was the most unprofessional underwriter I have ever worked with. The underwriter in fact will potentially receive a complaint from me to the following organizations: CFPB, NMLS and the governing state entities for what I believe are clear violations of going well beyond Federal guidelines for information requests and explanations.
Brett and his team were amazing. They made the process so easy and communicated very well.
Bret and his team are good to go. They know their jobs and make it stress free. Was a pleasure working with this team. You guys rock.
