My closing was delayed and had to be extended. Also, numbers kept changing based on the cash out of the equity. So it did make the process confusing and frustrating at times.

Working with Veterans United was easy, smooth, accessible and the communication was continuous and we never skipped a beat. Brock and his team communicated well throughout the process. I did have to figure out a few things on own, but probably would have gotten an answer from them had I asked. Just a few online system issues that aren't Brock's fault.(the website had loading issues).
