Chase and the whole team did amazing. I was difficult to work with due to my schedule and they were patient and were able to work with my needs.
I wish we could give him a higher rating but it only goes to 10. Such a great guy!
Chase and the team at Veteran united are professional and made the closing process a breeze.
Chase went above and beyond throughout my home-buying journey.
Purchasing a home in Illinois turned out to be much more complex than I expected, but Chase made all the difference. Not only was he an outstanding loan officer, but he was also incredibly supportive, always available to answer my questions, and consistently willing to go out of his way to guide me through the entire process. His professionalism and dedication were truly invaluable.
Thank you again, Chase!
Chase was absolutely wonderful and very patient, and honest since I wanted to start the process of purchasing a home 2 years ago. Him and his team were great to work with and provided expert advice to ease my anxiety and concerns, especially during the final closing process when there was a bunch of miscommunication or lack there of from the title company.
Chase reach out a reasonable amount to ensure the process was proceeding smoothly. No excessive messages or calls, was always available, and made sure everything was in order.
My wife and I worked with Chase for about 5 months and was always there to answer any questions we had. Very knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure we understood the process. We would recommend Chase to any Veteran starting out in the home buying process.
