The entire team was great, but Clay was amazing! We ran into issues with another lender and Clay was able to pick up our file and get us to closing in less than 2 weeks. He did an awesome job!

Veterans United really takes you through the entire process. Clay and Abby worked as a team and assisted me in navigating the systems. I am thankful for their support.

Communication could have been better. There were a lot of unanswered calls and emails.

My experience with Veterans United was genuinely outstanding. Everything was explained clearly from beginning to end, and the team stayed accessible, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even when my plans shifted, they adapted quickly and kept things moving without delays. Buying a home is naturally stressful especially as a first time home buyer, but they made it as smooth and manageable as possible. The little touches like sending $5 for a coffee during a long day really showed how caring and thoughtful the team is. I’m truly thankful and would absolutely recommend Veterans United to anyone.

I would recommend the title company and real estate agents but never my loan officer!

Response from Veterans United

Hey Michael,
I’m glad to hear you had a good experience with your title company and real estate team, but I’m truly sorry to hear you felt let down by your loan experience. That’s not the level of care or respect we want any of our borrowers to feel, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

I’d really like us to review what happened and see how we can learn from your experience. Please reach out to 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
