Amazing VA home loan team!
Everything was fine. Fast responses was great. Only hiccup was that I wasn't given a specific timeline for an extra step in the process, so I thought it was a quick step, but it actually delayed closing by a week. Since I wasn't expecting that, it caused a lot of problems for us. Part of the problem was the realtor not communicating info VU gave him. Both parties assumed the other was communicating the info to me. I'd recommend always cc'g the customer.
Had an excellent experience with Veterans United. Our loan officer was Colin Park and we were so lucky to have him. He did an excellent job, went above and beyond, always called back right away and throughly explained any questions we had. I highly recommend Veterans United and especially Colin.
