David is married and has 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. With his busy household, he still loves to root on his KC Chiefs and Mizzou Tigers. David feels privileged to be part of an organization that helps veterans and their families and personally give back to those who served our country.

It was the worst experience I have been through in my adult life. After submitting a requested document, a couple of days would go by and they would ask for a different document. Closing date didn't matter to VU, absolutely awful. And they just said it is normal (and it it probably is to them because they are so bad).

I'm sorry to hear just how stressful and frustrating your experience was. I can understand how discouraging it must have been to repeatedly provide documents, only to be asked for something else days later, especially with your closing date approaching. While additional documentation can sometimes be needed throughout the loan process, I know that doesn't make the uncertainty or delays any less frustrating.
