Devon saved the day when NFCU completely dropped the ball. I would have lost the cabin as financing would not have been acquired in time if I stayed with NfCU. So glad I jumped ship…pun intended

This is the second time I have dealt with Devon and his team. First when I bought my house and second when I did my refi. Both times have been awesome. He has been there not only to answer the financial questions but also helped when I had technical questions.

Only issue was someone ordered the appraisal late & caused a delayed closing. It all shook out Ok though.

We feel we did not get good response from the loan officer. We would have to call and leave multiple emails or messages to grt a response and it was frustrating at times. The only reason we even kept with your organization is because of Hope. She responded to us and got what we needed.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had difficulty getting the communication and responsiveness you expected during your loan process. I understand how frustrating it can be to make multiple calls or send multiple messages before receiving a response.

I also appreciate you recognizing Hope's efforts. I'm glad she was able to provide the support and communication you needed, and I'll be sure to share your kind words with her.

If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
