Very helpful
From the first time I spoke with Donnie on the phone all the way through closing and even after, Donnie has been so helpful and informative. Any time I had a question, quick or otherwise, Donnie or someone from his team were available either through text, email, or phone call. I have a pretty unique circumstance associated with my Veterans United loan and my current work situation as a IPA for the DoD. And even though Donnie had never dealt with a situation like mine, he was able to work through all of the different letters and proofs and paperwork I needed on top of the regular paperwork with his underwriter.It was such a smooth process. Even with the delays in closing and having to change schedules last minute due to issues on the seller's side, Donnie was able to adjust quickly and work through the challenges. 100% THE BEST loan officer and team I have ever had the privilege of work with. If I could give Donnie more than a 10 I would!
