Donnie and Lynn went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected out of the loan process. They were incredibly patient helping explain things that my elderly parents needed deeper explanation in time to understand. They went out of their way to accommodate, helping us due to technological constraints, and they were kind, professional and extremely punctual throughout the entire process. I personally have closed on six different homes in my lifetime and was involved helping my parents close onto two of their home loans so they could understand some of the process and technology and my interactions with Donnie and LYNN we’re far and above anything I have ever experienced from a customer service perspective and acknowledge perspective from any other lender that we have ever used in the last 18 years. While I have been very pleased with the level of service provided, I have observed that current market rates for comparable profiles appear more competitive elsewhere. Consequently, I believe it would be financially prudent for me to explore alternative financing options to ensure I am securing the most economical rate.
I was using a different mortgage company to start with and was having issues. I called veterans united and they made more progress in the first day than the other company made in weeks highly recommended for Va loans
