Working with Veterans United was a very professional and efficient process! Dorian and his team were fantastic as far as communication and updating the checklist of things I needed to do. I love love love the checklist. It made it easy to keep track of what I needed to do and super convenient to upload whatever was needed through the mobile app on on my laptop! I am so glad we used them!
Always room for improvement, like ensuring clear communication of exactly what is needed and what is it for.Other than that ensuring the pay-off method of understanding and why patience is important.
