I first spoke with Emmett on a Sunday evening after attending an open house. We loved the home so much, I thought it would be best to apply right away. He called me and I got a pre-approval letter that same night. That made us so much more competitive for the home. Consequently, we made an offer and it was accepted. We closed on a VA loan in four weeks, which I thought was amazing. I was informed throughout the whole process and there were never any surprises. Kara also did a wonderful job of letting me know what was on my to do list and if I needed to make any changes or provide additional documentation. We could’ve actually closed earlier, but our original closing date worked best for our family. What a wonderful experience! Thank you to the whole team.
