Eric Hermann is a proud husband of 25 years to Trina and father of three boys (one who also works at Veterans United Home Loans) and truly enjoys his work. Eric has a strong belief in our great country and a true appreciation for the men and women who protect and sacrifice everyday to keep our freedom. Eric enjoys University of Missouri sporting events and St. Louis Cardinals baseball along with riding motorcycles and traveling to tropical locations.

What can I say other than how impressed I was and am with how your whole team basically took me by the hand in a process as nerve wracking as this and leading me through it all step by step to a very satisfying end. You have my thanks and gratitude. If it were possible I would recommend Arron for a promotion. He truly deserves it.
Veterans United overall was great. The experience was extensive but good. Eric and Lisa were there to help and advise whenever I needed. Him stayed on top of my case and it was an overall good experience .
My only problem was after I closed the closing title company I believe gave me misinformation on when they were sending out or sent out my payout which I was not happy with at all. It should have been paid out on Monday the 23rd of March I was told it would be paid out on Monday but it wasn't after many phone calls, texts and emails between Eric and Boston national title and escrow the closing company which is very frustrating cuz like I said I kept getting misinformation if it was sent if it was not sent. But in the end I did receive it on Tuesday the 24th of March at 3:00 p.m. so it all turned out. Eric stayed on top of it even before office hours which I appreciated very much.
An exceptionally smooth experience with a team of dedicated individuals seeing to all of the details. Easy communication which really impressed me. I was always able to talk with a human! And the website and app worked simply and smooth. The checklists were very helpful.
