Erinn lives in Columbia, MO with her husband Connor, son Brooks & Labrador Louie! Lebanon, a smaller town in southwestern Missouri, is where Erinn’s grandparents settled down after her grandfathers 30+ year career in the Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Erinn learned from her grandparents the sacrifices that come with serving in the military and has an immense amount of respect and appreciation for not only those who serve, but for their families and support systems as well. Erinn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, country concerts, and the Hallmark channel during the holidays! Erinn is honored to be able to serve the military community, whether it's helping them buy their first home or their fifth, forever home. This is my second loan with Veterans United. The first time my experience was perfect. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't so great. My original loan officer left for maternity leave, congrats to Erinn she was amazing with my first experience. When the second team took over my loan process it was NOT great! There was a lack of communication from my loan coordinator (Jaclyn). There were several errors made by her that almost cost me the house I was trying to purchase. She gave us the clear to close date and it didn't happen. She supposedly sent the info to the VA for approval on a date only to find out that she sent it six days later. I literally had to call the VA 3 times and do the footwork to get the correct dates and approval conformation. Once the actual loan officer (Kat) from Veterans United got involved the process started moving in the positive direction. It was extremely stressful!! We closed 9 days after the original date. I'm not sure if I would use Veterans United again. I'm only recommending because of my 1st experience with Erinn and the effort that Kat did when she got involved.

What you described around communication gaps, timeline confusion, and needing to step in yourself sounds incredibly frustrating, especially during something as important as buying a home.

From day 1 to now having our first house everyone i had was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Im definitely someone who worries alot but my team i had kept me calm and reassured everything.
