Hanna is amazing. She deserves a raise. I would only recommend VU, if Hanna is handling the job. If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have used you guys as a lender

This is my second VA loan and this went as smooth as it could have. VU is great. Hanna and Mark were great. Our realtor wasn’t too savvy with VA loans but Hanna really broke it down and explained everything which was reassuring to her and the sellers agent to get the deal done. I truly can’t think of anything negative through out the process. They were always in communication via text, calls, emails and the app/site made it very easy to see what they needed for documents for underwriting.We didn’t use VU for our first home but glad we did this time. If I ever buy in the future, I will be using Veterans United and would recommend them to any veteran I know.
